After a bloody cold winter with record breaking rain and snowfall the UK is pinned by high pressure the weather is glorious.
My hay-fever has been the worse that i can remember i have spent eight weeks crying and sniffing like a 3 gram a day coke head. I has cost fifty quid in medicine and tissues alone.
As fast as it comes m hay-fever seems to go and after weeks of rarely leaving the house we have broken out the safety of the house into the pollen.
The dogs have been going a bit stir crazy so today we have had a really long walk nice first thing this morning along the rive from home towards Selby over the reclaimed coal mines that have such an impact on the local landscape. These footpaths are deserted and flooded in the winter today the ruts created in the winter are baked hard ankle twisters. These paths where we can walk for for hours in the winter without seeing or speaking to anyone else were almost busy today with eleven other people out walking and riding their bikes.
It must have been hot today the iphone app showed 18C or in new money 64.4F at only 9.15 you can tell how hot the water phobic terrier was seen to enter the river unprompted
to cool down
Now back at home they are both fed watered and sleeping in the shade their job is done, and my day can just begin.
Who says its a dogs life
